GOODMOVE collection at M&S. Building a new division and category planning with collaboration with cross-functional teams and working towards establishing a strong division dedicated to women's sportswear within the company. Involving creating a clear vision, defining the new in-house sportswear brand's identity, and aligning the various departments towards a unified goal.

Considering factors such as fabric technologies, design aesthetics, and functional features to ensure that each category offers a distinct and compelling assortment.

Working closely with cross-functional teams within M&S, and strategically organizing the collection into distinct categories to meet the needs of active women. Through collaboration, research, and market insights, it is ensured that the GOODMOVE collection offers a comprehensive range of high-quality sportswear.
